SalamHealth is an AI-assisted navigation tool, NOT a medical provider or crisis center. By using this service, you agree that you are NOT in a life-threatening emergency and that you will not rely on this tool for diagnosis or treatment.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SalamHealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Usage & Limits
We provide both Free and Paid (Guided Navigation) memberships. Usage is subject to the following limits:
- Free Tier: Limited to 10-15 messages per 24 hours. History is cleared upon session end.
- Paid Tier: Expanded message limits (100-200/month) and 30-day chat retention.
- Restrictions: You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content. Automated bots are strictly prohibited.
3. Safety Hard-Stops
If the AI detects suicidal ideation, self-harm, or severe crisis, the service will immediately terminate the conversation and provide crisis resources (988/911). SalamHealth is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from a user's failure to follow redirected emergency instructions.
4. Limitation of Liability
SalamHealth and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. AI responses can be inaccurate; always consult with a licensed professional for clinical concerns.
